“ I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Nay Nay, and let me just say—she is a whole vibe! From the moment we sat down, her energy was warm, welcoming, and so genuine. She was on top of everything—our drinks were never empty, our food came out perfect, and she checked in just the right amount without ever hovering. What really stood out was her personality—funny, friendly, and full of positive energy. She made our whole dining experience feel like we were visiting an old friend. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but Nay Nay nailed it. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a treat! We’ll definitely be coming back—and we’ll be asking for Nay Nay by name! ”

“ The Friendly's location in New Hartford, NY is hands down the BEST Friendly's that my family and I have ever had and we used to go to our local Friendly's multiple times a week before their HQ decided to shut them down. We drove almost an hour away from this location (Chittenango) to be exact just so my wife and I could have this particular sandwich. The wonderful lady Christine who took my phone order was being amazing! So we're Christine's co-workers. Again 5 stars!!!! The sandwiches and fries were the best we have had period. Christine and her coworker's were top notch. So friendly and pleasant. If other Friendly's locations operated like the New Hartford NY location they would all still be open. Way to go Christine and team! Thank you for making our 2 hour round trip so worth it and for giving us such a memorable dining experience!!!! ”

“ Went here with my family, the wait staff were very friendly and when food came back with an error she went back and made sure it was right. I got the turkey club and it was really good (it's half eaten in the photo, there were 4 pieces of sandwich) I got a brownie sundae as well, though I forgot a photo. Food was delicious and still warm. The bathrooms were kinda gross, but usable, toilets were clean but floor was a bit yuck. Also all floors could have used a once over for dropped bits and pieces, but tables, booths, and silverware were very clean ”
“ Haven't been to Friendly's for 15 years since it closed in my city. Jim Dandy was a treat we bought in little tubs from the store and were a reminder of the monster desserts we enjoyed in the past. Fruit was fresh. Think they forgot the marshmallow topping but the experience was delightful all the same. 5/24/2025 Very happy with my Mac n cheese burger. Leveled it up with a slice of tomato, an onion ring and some golden fries . Kids were very happy. Disappointed they ran out of fried pickles and regular cones on a Saturday night. Also we had to wait over 15 minutes for dessert because there was a mad rush on ice cream orders but overall had a great night out with excellent service! ”
